tariff/terms & conditions
Tariff:
- One night Midweek – Mon to Thurs: $290
- Two night Weekend – Friday/Saturday: $680
- Sunday – $320
- Single night Weekend – Friday/Saturday: $350 per night but subject to very limited availability.
Booking Details:
Weekends – Minimum Two Night Stay.
- Minimum three day stay preferred on Long Weekends, and Public Holidays including Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter. Two night stay on Long Weekends is subject to limited availability.
- Weekend rates apply on Long Weekends or Public Holidays.
- For longer stays – please contact us as discounts are available.
- Check-in time is from 2.00pm and the check-out is 11.30am. Later checkout may be available, subject to availability.
- Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard accepted, EFT and Cash
- Gift Vouchers are available.
- The accommodation is non-smoking.
- There are some steps when accessing the studio and also from the bedroom to lounge area.
- We are not able to accommodate pets.

50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Balance payable on check-in or prior via EFT.
Changing reservation dates:
Changes to the dates of your reservation may only be made with more than 14 days notice prior to the original booking date.
Please advise us of any changes to your booking by phone or email and note that we may only accept these changes if the renegotiated dates are available.
The tariff of your original booking will remain for any date changes unless the alternative date has a higher tariff, in which case the difference must be paid to secure the booking.
Cancellations:
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booked arrival date, no refund is applicable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days from the booked arrival date will receive a refund or voucher for a later date (valid for 6 months).
Guests accept we are entitled to charge their credit card for any outstanding balance.
